About me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Death Doula with a background shaped by living all over the world as a military brat and working in community organizing in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Netherlands. Knowing people across cultures, identities, and belief systems is how I fell in love with people—and ultimately with this work.

I am honored to share space with clients authentically. Therapy, for me, is a place where stories are welcomed at your pace, where curiosity matters, and where your lived experience is the expert.
